Facilities
Willington Village Hall offers a main hall with a small stage, a kitchen, two meeting rooms, toilets including a disabled toilet and a baby change. It has parking hardstand for eleven cards as well as extensive grass area for additional parking or outdoor activities.
The hall offers free WIFI for hirers (please ask for password at the time of booking)
Main Hall
The main hall has some 88m2 clear floorspace and an additional 23m2 stage area (with associated storage/changing rooms). The main hall can seat an audience of approx. 100 people and has a maximum capacity of 120 persons.
Hire fee- £18/hr
Spalton Room
This small meeting room can be used for meetings of approx. 10 people, depending on layout
Hire fee- £5/hr
Aubrey Room
This meeting room can be used for meetings of up to 25 people and has the advantage of being located next to THE kitchen with serving hatch access.
Hire fee- £9/hr
Kitchen
The kitchen has serving hatches onto the main hall and is ideal for making teas or coffees and serving pre prepared foods. Facilities include hob/oven, fridge and microwave.
Please note that this is a shared facility for all three rooms.
Hire whole building £28/hr
You can hire the whole building - main hall with the stage, Aubrey room, Spalton room. The hall, toilets, kitchen, meeting rooms would be exclusive for the hirer to use.
Childrens parties
You are required to hire the whole building for children parties due to safe guarding. You can have a bouncy castle inside the main hall. Please use Abi Inflatables as the hall only allows certain bouncy castles due to the height of the ceiling.
